Did you know that a hole in your pants or sweater doesn't mean you have to throw it away? Simply use an old playsilk, cut a patch, and practice your handwork skills to create a beautiful mend that will make your garment last for many seasons of play.
March 14 - Make your Own Tea Blend
Go to a local Co-op or dry goods store and have fun picking out dried herbs to make your own tea blend that is as unique as you are! Will you be a lemon grass and mint or a earl grey maple tea?

March 21 - Craft Wet Felted Wool Easter Eggs
Wet felting is a common handwork practice in Waldorf schools, beginning in early childhood. Working with the natural wool is an excellent way to engage children's hands and hearts. This is a wonderful way to recycle old watercolor paintings and transform them into pieces of art that enliven mantles, window sills, dinner tables, desks, and more! March 29 - Make a Butterfly Maileg Garage
Who says that a garage needs to be a simple building just for storing cars and lawnmowers? Not the Maileg mice! Few things are cuter than a tiny mouse in a tiny car zooming around, except for this Butterfly Car Garage to store their treasured vehicle in. These silks require seeing beyond what is right in front of you, a hallmark of open-ended toys. They require children to think creatively and expansively.
