Craft your Felt Pencil Pouch with Elastic
Step 1:
Grab your materials and have fun picking out your felt colors of choice.

Step 2:
Cut your felt pieces. You will need two long and two short, and then any design pieces you wish to cut.

Step 3:
Sew the elastic in between the two long pieces of felt at the top and bottom.

Step 4:
On one of the small pieces, sew your felt pattern on top.

Step 5:
Place your design piece on top of the other small piece, and just sew a simple stitch along the top.

Step 6:
Place your two small pieces on top of the two larger pieces, with the small pieces positioned at the bottom. Use a blanket stitch around the entire outside to seal the edges. Enjoy your new pencil pouch! Gift to your teacher for an extra special surprise thank you.
