This set of Stockmar Block Crayons comes in an attractive tin case of eight colors, with a scraper tool to keep them clean.
These beeswax crayons are made in Germany and used around the world in Waldorf schools.
Featuring highly-pigmented colors and a pleasing fragrance from the addition of natural beeswax, these high quality crayons are safety-tested and non-toxic. They can easily be cleaned off most surfaces with a soft cloth and a bit of vegetable oil. Block crayons will not crumble or break, and should last for years.
These block crayons, which are identical in formula and color to our Stockmar Stick Crayons, sit well in a young child's hand.
Block crayons were developed in Waldorf schools to allow children to cover large areas of paper (to create grass, ocean or sky), and for making colorful borders on the pages of one's Main Lesson Book.
