Lovely Felted World

This play mat is beautifully made, and the perfect size to fit in a standard IKEA Trofast toy bin. We love the little burrow. I feel like I'm more worshipful of this play mat than our kids though, who grew bored quickly. I wonder if some to-scale felt ocean/shoreline figurines were included if that'd help? The kiddoes struggled to find animals in our collection that'd fit in the burrow, and eventually the excitement died down. It'll be rekindled again once we find some good characters to use, no doubt.

Creative platform for small world play

It is so beautifully made. The colors are striking and the hide a way cave is a bonus. I cant wait to use it with my grandchildren with Maileg beach mice and realistic animal figurines by Schleich.
